Parties beyond the ordinary

We are a decor rental business. We curate specific rental theme packages that are unique and interactive. We want you to enjoy setting it up your way, or sit back and relax and have us set it up for you. You choose your theme from the available packages and schedule a rental date with us. Rentals are scheduled for three (3) days, a drop-off day, a party day, and a pick-up day (unless otherwise arranged).

Rentals Pricing

Prices include decor pictured on the individual theme page and may vary depending on availability due to the unique nature of the items. The price also includes disposable items as described on the individual theme pages. Additional disposable items can be added for a fee of $20 for up to 40 guests.

We do provide set up and/or breakdown services at $50/hour with a minimum charge of 2 hours.

Free delivery and pickup within a 10 mile radius of Merrimack, NH. For areas outside that radius, there will be a charge equal to the current AAA mileage rate for a mid-size pickup truck.

Contract & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to book an event. The deposit secures the date and time. In order to confirm your event, a contract must be signed along with the deposit. Terms and conditions are found within the contract. The balance is due upon delivery of the rental items.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be granted up to thirty days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund.

If you need to cancel at any time, please contact us to discuss options. Our aim is to create memorable experiences for our customers and we will work with you to achieve that in a reasonable fashion.

Results May Vary

Please keep in mind that everyone’s homes/venues are unique and set ups are subject to environmental factors, like ceiling heights, wall space, etc… Our setups are sized for a 6 foot long main table setup and 7 1/2 foot ceilings. Some setup elements require tape (provided) or some other form of fastening for some decor like paper lanterns, streamers, tinsel, and backdrops.

Use of Products/Damaged Items

You agree to treat the products with great care. The rental fees and service charges cover normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any loss, destruction or damage to the products for any reason. Normal wear and tear includes but is not limited to minor stains, scratches, or minor damage.  You acknowledge that minor damages are determined by Unique Parties and are at our sole discretion. If you return a Product damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you agree to be charged for repairs or replacement of the Product up to the original retail value of the product. Note that many of our products are antiques or custom items that do not have direct commercial replacements available and cost will be determined solely by us for a suitable replacement.

For rental themes that include candles, these are decorative items only, please do not light them.

Liability

We are not liable for damage done with tape or any other element in the provided packages. Use of the provided products is at the discretion of the customer and we assume no liability for any damage that any element in the rental package may cause whether direct or indirect, to person(s) or property.
